Give your clients' employees a password vault
An optional per-seat add-on: a personal, end-to-end-encrypted password manager you provision for your clients' staff through a branded browser extension. Encrypted on each employee's device — you can help them recover access, but you can't read their day-to-day credentials. A managed, recoverable alternative to staff using consumer password managers you have no visibility into.

Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days free on the IT Documentation product. You enter a card at sign-up but aren't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then. The trial gives you the full product so you can document real clients and load your data; the end-user password vault add-on is added after you subscribe.
How is this priced?
Per technician seat at $25/seat/month billed annually ($300/seat/year), or $28/seat/month month-to-month. The end-user password vault is an optional per-seat add-on. Client-portal users are always free.
Can I document unlimited client organizations?
Yes. The subscription scales by your team's seat count — your number of client orgs is unlimited.
How does the encrypted credential vault work?
Envelope encryption: an environment master key wraps a per-tenant data encryption key (DEK); every secret is AES-256-GCM encrypted under that DEK. Plaintext and DEKs live only in request memory, never persisted, never logged. Every reveal is written to an append-only access log.
What's the end-user password vault?
An optional add-on: a personal, end-to-end-encrypted password manager you provision for your clients' employees via a browser extension. It's encrypted on the employee's device — you can help them recover access, but can't read their day-to-day credentials. See the section above.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Monthly subscriptions cancel any time; annual subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled.
Do I need any other product to use this?
No. It's fully standalone — use it alongside whatever RMM, PSA, or security tools your team already runs.
