Lifecycle Management

Lifecycle Management

Know what to replace, and when— on the data you already have.

Hardware lifecycle and warranty analytics on the same asset graph as your documentation — expiry tracking across 40+ OEMs, age-of-fleet, funded refresh roadmaps, a QBR builder, and an MRR engine that turns it into revenue. Per-asset pricing — your first 20 are free.

Free plan covers your first 20 assets — no card required to sign up. $49/mo covers 300, then bands down to $0.025/asset. Month-to-month, no 12-month lock.

01What you get

From aging fleet to funded roadmap

Warranty-expiry tracking

Every asset's coverage and end-of-life surfaced across 40+ OEMs — with optional Dell + Cisco auto-lookup that writes warranty dates straight onto the asset record.

Age-of-fleet analysis

Hardware age from purchase date, OS install date, or CPU generation when dates are unknown — so you see what's aging out even on records you inherited.

Refresh roadmap + budget

A forward-looking replacement schedule and budget per client — the artifact that turns 'your gear is old' into a funded plan.

MRR opportunity engine

Surfaces warranty-MRR, refresh-project, and unsupported-OS opportunities across your book — MSP-internal, so you walk into renewals knowing the upsell.

QBR builder

Editable, persisted quarterly business reviews per client and period — fleet health and the roadmap, ready to present.

On your existing asset graph

Runs on the same assets as your documentation and assessments — no separate ScalePad sync, no duplicate inventory, no extra agent.

03FAQ

Questions

How does the free tier work?

Sign up for the free plan — it takes a couple of minutes and no card is required at 20 assets or fewer. Your first 20 managed assets cost $0 with full analytics, and you choose which assets count. Beyond that, $49/mo covers up to 300 assets, with per-asset bands that fall to $0.025 at scale.

Where do the assets come from?

From the same asset graph your IT documentation and assessments already populate — via RMM/PSA integrations, collectors, or manual entry. No separate ScalePad-style sync to maintain.

What counts as an 'asset'?

An active hardware record you've marked lifecycle-managed — servers, workstations, laptops, network gear, etc. Virtual machines, software, and licenses aren't counted by default, and you can exclude any asset per-record. You only pay for what's managed, and the first 20 across all clients are free.

How do warranty lookups work?

Coverage dates come from your records and, for Dell and Cisco, an optional auto-lookup that pulls entitlement data with your own API credentials and writes warranty-expiry (and purchase date when blank) onto the asset. More OEMs over time; the rest you can enter or import.

What's the MRR opportunity engine?

An MSP-internal view that turns fleet data into revenue: warranty-MRR you could be billing, refresh projects coming due, and unsupported-OS risk — across your whole book. It's deliberately kept off the client-facing report.

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime; annual billing saves 10% — versus ScalePad's 12-month term. The first 20 assets stay free regardless.

Start with 20 assets, free.

If your assets are already in RedTeamTrust, the analytics light up immediately. Add more whenever you're ready — only then do you pay.
