Common questions

Is this pricing public? Won't my clients see what I'm paying?

Yes, it's public — that's intentional. This page is clearly labeled as MSP/MSSP partner pricing. Clients understand that service providers add margin for delivery, support, and management. MSSPs resell Microsoft 365, infrastructure, and backup at markup every day — compliance management is no different. The clients who dig into vendor supply chain pricing aren't the ones you want to worry about.

What do I charge my clients?

That's up to you. Most partners charge $99–$199/org/month for compliance management, depending on how many frameworks they're managing and what level of hands-on service they provide. For assessments, $750–$1,500 per one-time engagement is a common range for SMBs.

Can I offer compliance management without using the assessment platform?

Yes. Compliance management is available as a standalone subscription. Without assessment findings feeding in automatically, most controls start as pending evidence and require manual uploads to close — but the framework tracking, evidence management, client portal, and gap reports all work independently. Add $10/org/month or $100/tier to the flat rates above for compliance-only access.

Can I get an assessment without an MSSP partner?

Yes. Most assessments are initiated through an MSSP partner, but you can contact us directly and we will either connect you with a partner or run the engagement directly.

What frameworks are included?

All nine frameworks are live at no extra cost: CIS Controls v8, NIST CSF 2.0, HIPAA, PCI DSS, CMMC 2.0, SOC 2 Type II, Cyber Insurance Readiness, FTC Safeguards Rule, and ISO 27001:2022.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No contracts, no minimums. Both subscriptions are month-to-month and cancel any time from the billing portal.

What happens if I cancel after a renewal?

You keep full access through the end of the billing period you already paid for — then the subscription stops. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial months, so if timing matters, cancel before your next renewal date. Your renewal date is shown in the billing portal.
